1. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of invoice.

2. Warranty & Return Information

All services rendered carry a 30 day warranty starting at the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Within the specified warranty date of purchase, an item may be returned for re-service or exchange. After the initial date, a defective item can only be re-service or exchange for the same item.

Returned items must be received in their original unaltered condition.

Defective items are classified as items that mechanically malfunctioned NOT as a result of user error. (User error is classified as damage from the result of the user dropping, spilling, or in some way altering the original state of the product.) Cosmetic issues are not covered as they are not a mechanical component failure.

*Exception- Warranty Seal Removal will VOID any warranty rendered.

Shipping will not be reimbursed, and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to returns under the following circumstances:

  • A part is returned and is tested to be fully functional, free from defects.
  • The customer ordered the incorrect Service.

If the returned part is found to be defective then a refund will be issued for the order.

Under no circumstance will international shipping fees or custom fees be reimbursed.

LCD Dead Pixel Policy

LCDs purchased from YuFixit.com that have one dead pixel are not warrantied under manufacturer defect. Should the customer want a replacement LCD for a one pixel anomaly, an exchange will be arranged, however no shipping charges will be reimbursed. Two or more dead pixels will be considered as manufacturer defect.

All returns must be assigned an RMA # before they can be accepted. Parts received without an RMA# will be refused.

3. Damaged Packages

If a part is received in damaged condition, Yufixit.com must be notified within 7 business days of the receipt of the package in order to file a damage claim on said package. Yufixit.com can not be held responsible for damage to items that is not reported to us within 7 business days of the receipt of the package. If an item is received damaged ALL packaging must be kept with the item. Without the packaging we will not be able to file a claim or replace or repair the goods.

4. Address Changes

To change the address on an order, you must call customer support at 201-839-5914 before the package has left our facility. Addresses changed after the package has left our facility are subject to a $20 address change fee that is incurred with the shipping carrier.

5. Same Day Shipping

To qualify for guaranteed same day shipping, your order must be placed before 2:00PM EST for UPS Shipments or 10:00 AM EST for postal shipments. Orders placed after this time may ship on the same day, but are not guaranteed. If your order does not ship on the same day and your order was placed before 2:00 P.M EST for UPS or 10:00 AM EST for postal shipments, then we will refund the difference in shipping between the service you selected and the tier of shipping immediately under the selected service. If your order is placed after 2:00 P.M. EST, then shipping is not refunded.

5. Storage Fee:

Under No circumstances will Yufixit.com will be responsible of any repaired on unrepaired devices left for more then 30 days , Any Device left for more then 15 days will be charged a $5 dollar a day charge for Storage and will incure to the bill upon pick up of such device . After 30 days Such Device will be Sold to cover labor and parts on such Device

6. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, including those on the face hereof, constitute the entire agreement with regard to this sale and expressly supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said sale, including any terms and conditions on any of customer’s documents or purchase orders. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that New Jersey is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that New Jersey courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer.

Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the city of Jersey City in the state of New Jersey and under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Terms and Conditions

This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. Any additional, different or conflicting terms and conditions on any such document issued by customer at any time are hereby objected to by Yufixit.com, and any such document shall be wholly inapplicable to any sale made hereunder and shall not be binding in any way on Yufixit.com.

9. 3rd Party Labor Fees

Under no circumstance will Yufixit.com reimburse labor fees of 3rd parties for an installation of a part purchased from Yufixit.com unless the labor was performed by Yufixit.com.

10. Incorrect Address / UPS and PO Box

Under no circumstance will Yufixit.com reimburse shipping fees for instances when the customer input the wrong address on their order. We will also not reimburse shipping fees for customers who choose a UPS shipping option and input a PO BOX address as UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
